PEEX has signed the new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Russian State Hydrometeorological University, Russia.
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is a bilateral document showing the intention of the parties to establish closer ties to encourage the development of the PEEX program in Europe, Russia and China.
